If you would like your Breast Unit to be included in the SenoNetwork Directory, please choose your username and password and insert your email address. You will use them to access the SenoNetwork questionnaire pages, where you can please insert information about your breast unit in a very easy and guided manner. The estimated time required to complete the questionnaire is approximately 45 minutes.
You will be able to suspend the questionnaire whenever you want and resume it at your convenience: simply come back and log in with your username and password.
